Your shipping charges
Shipping charges will be confirmed before payment, based on your destination and selection. They are not yet included in the item subtotal. Request a shipping-inclusive total from your basket; no additional charge will be requested without your prior agreement.
Tracked shipping
Delivery in 7–15 working days, tracking included. This indicative timeframe applies to confirmed orders after payment. Available destinations, charges and the starting point for this period: [À COMPLÉTER]. Any applicable delivery charge will be shown before an order is confirmed.
Prepare your basket for now
You can explore the catalogue and prepare a selection in your basket. Order buttons open the order summary and delivery address form. The complete basket is paid on myPOS Checkout after shipping charges and the total are displayed. A contact message alone does not make a payment.
14 days to change your mind
For eligible distance purchases of goods, you generally have 14 calendar days after receipt to notify withdrawal without giving a reason, followed by 14 days to return the goods. Return address: [À COMPLÉTER]. Do not return an item to an unconfirmed address.
Arrange a return
Use the contact form with the subject “Withdrawal request”, including your name, order reference, relevant items and receipt date. A clear statement of your decision to withdraw is sufficient. Direct return costs will be specified before sales open: [À COMPLÉTER]. Protect goods during transport and keep proof of dispatch.
Refunds
Refunds are due within 14 days of withdrawal notification, but may be withheld until the goods or proof of dispatch are received, whichever happens first. Standard initial delivery costs are included; additional costs for a more expensive delivery option are not. A reduction in value caused by handling beyond necessary inspection may be considered under applicable law.
Damaged parcels or defective items
Contact us with a description and photographs where possible. Statutory guarantees remain applicable and separate from withdrawal rights. Procedures must not impose a deadline that removes your legal rights.
